go to your nearest pet store and buy some dog cupcakes. Also buy dog treats for the doggy gift bag.
then set up a table outside or inside what ever you prefer.
play great music.
heres a great party game your pooch can play with their friends," bobbing for sausages"
get some dog treat sausages( human sausages make them vomit ) and put them in a tub full of water and let the dogs try to get them out with their teeth.
when the game is over sing the birthday song and give your furry friend his/her gifts and cupcake .
